Sampson is a highly skilled Operations Officer at Hawkhurst & Dua. With over a decade of experience in banking and property management, he brings extensive expertise in operational efficiency, legal compliance, and strategic resource management. Sampson also has an in-depth knowledge of the legal framework in relation to land acquisition with a speciality in due diligence and perfection of securities and land title.

His career began at Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited, where he progressed from a Sales Representative to a Senior Legal Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in security documentation, regulatory compliance, and legal administrative support. This foundation has equipped him with a deep understanding of financial and legal frameworks, which he seamlessly integrates into property acquisition and investment.

Expertise in Procurement & Operations

Sampson’s strong academic background in Procurement and Supply Chain Management further enhances his ability to optimize processes and drive organizational success. He holds an M.Sc. in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, a B.Sc. in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from Methodist University College Ghana. He has also obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Purchasing and Supply from Koforidua Polytechnic.
